Burglary levels in Grove Green ward

Dear Grove Green Members

The council and police have asked if Neighbourhood Watch could assist in helping to raise awareness of the recent upsurge in burglary in the ward and in doing so to help put a strategy in place to combat it.

We have a large volume of information on our website www.ourwatch.org.uk on protecting and securing your home and property but I also feel that we need to put the criminal on the back foot when it comes to warning them off in the first place.

Neighbourhood Watch street signage and bin signage is quite useful in this regard but robust measures in securing your property is also necessary.

I wonder if you would  be interested in a group meeting to discuss these matters, please?
