⚠️ Off‑Road Motorbikes – Stonnall Playing Fields

  We have received several reports of off‑road motorbikes being ridden on the playing fields in Stonnall in an anti‑social and unsafe manner. This behaviour causes significant nuisance to the community and poses a risk to the safety of residents.

🚔 Section 59 Warning / Seizure Powers
Riders using a motor vehicle in a manner that causes alarm, distress or annoyance may be issued with a Section 59 warning under the Police Reform Act 2002.
If the same individual is found committing a similar offence again within 12 months, police have the power to seize their vehicle.

We are actively monitoring the area and will make use of these powers where necessary.
