Charged for Driving Offences

Following a Road Traffic Collision on the evening of 18th January 2026 on Willow Way, Darley Dale David Bailey, 41 years old of Lime Grove Darley Dale has been charged with the following offences; Dangerous Driving, Disqualified Driving, Fail to Stop and No Insurance.

He has been remanded in custody until his court hearing date 26/01/2026.
