Good morning Residents, 

I have attached a few leaflets obtained from Aberdare Library I wanted to share with the community, in case it is of help to someone.

For those that do not have Facebook, there is a walking group advertising on there called “Men Walking & Talking" 

They are all for supporting mental health.

Their meeting point is - High Street Car Park, Victoria Square.

Date - Tuesdays from 6th January 2026 @ 7pm.
