Appeal following report of a quadbike stolen in Buntingford |

Police are appealing for information from the public after a quadbike was stolen in Buntingford. The red quadbike, pictured, was stolen from the Warren Lane area sometime between 5pm on Friday 9 January and 11am the following day. A similar bike was then seen, along with two others, driving through the ford and into Watersplace in Ware at around 12.20pm on Sunday 11 January, where an attempted burglary was reported. PC Amy Philpot, who is investigating, said: “I am appealing to anyone who thinks they may have seen this quad bike being ridden since 5pm on Friday 9 January, to please contact me. “Additionally, if you were in the Watersplace area of Ware at 12.20pm on Sunday 11 January and noticed suspicious activity, please get in touch.” Information can be passed on via emailing Amy.Philpot@herts.police.uk or Oliver.Orton@Herts.police.uk.
