New Community Garden Project

Garden project: January 26

Update re New Community Garden 

We had a good session digging out one of our raised beds and removing saplings.

Volunteer help is needed to continue the work of clearing rotten sleepers and soil from raised beds, dig out sedge growing in borders, general weeding.

Times available for volunteers to help during last week of January: 

- Please wear suitable garden clothes & gloves.

- We have some spades available to use but feel free to bring your own along.

- We can arrange for a free sandwich / breakfast at lunchtime and tea coffee to be available.

Any help would be gratefully received, even if it’s just an hour.
