VEHICLE INTERFERENCE IN GLASCOTE

We have received reports of three men in balaclavas trying car doors handles and looking in to cars during the early hours of 19/01/26 and 20/01/26.

The males were first reportedly seen at around 01:55 on 19/01/26 in Arbor Close - incident 125 of 19/01/2026 refers.

They were then seen the following night at around 02:30 on 20/01/26 in Barlow Avenue - incident 212 of 20/01/2026 refers.

We have not received any reports of anything being stolen at this time.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind residents to ensure their vehicles are secure when left unattended and make use of items such as faraday pouches (signal blockers) for key fobs.
