Thank you for completing a survey recently for your area, I have reviewed your answers and wanted to see if there is any more specific information you are able to provide? 

I noticed you clicked a lot of the options for issues in your area, I am keen to try and resolve as many of the issues as possible, but this is of course made easier if you are able to highlight anything in particular?
