Abandoned vehicle - Armthorpe

This afternoon Officers have spotted a possible stolen Nissan Juke in the Armthorpe area of Doncaster. 

Officers have pursued the vehicle as it failed to stop, taking great risks in an attempt to escape. 

The vehicle travelled in far excess of the speed limit, even taking roundabouts in the wrong direction.

The vehicle travelled into the Armthorpe area where unfortunately the risk presented was so high, Officers lost sight of the vehicle.

The vehicle was located a short while later on Maple Grove, Armthorpe. 

It is suspected this is a stolen vehicle from Rotherham.

The vehicle has been recovered and will be forensically examined.
