Community Alert – Appeal for Information - Criminal Damage - Overdale, Eastfield

Overdale, Eastfield – Sunday 18 January 2026

Eastfield police are asking residents for assistance following two incidents of criminal damage that took place on Overdale, Eastfield, on the evening of Sunday 18 January 2026.

Incident 12260010904 – Damage to garden

Overnight, a garden on Overdale was targeted.

Garden furniture was thrown around the property

A shed window was smashed

Mud thrown against conservatory

Police are keen to hear from anyone who noticed unusual behaviour or individuals in the area.

Incident 12260010669 – Damage to Bus Window

At around 21:40, a bus travelling along Overdale near the roundabout to Eastway/Westway/Moor Lane, had one of its windows smashed by an object thrown.

No injuries were reported

The incident caused disruption and concern for passengers and staff
