Hi Resident,

I am Mike and I am a volunteer with Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA) assisting with the administration of members and NW schemes.

I am currently reviewing NW schemes in the West Cheshire area and as you will appreciate that over the years circumstances change. It is essential that the data we hold is both current and correct.

I need to know

Are you still performing the role of coordinator and the scheme is still active?

If YES then I will recontact you to offer any support in terms of signs, window stickers etc and signpost you to useful sites.

If NO, then the scheme will have to be deleted. Protocol dictates that there must be a coordinator to manage / run the scheme. If you are able to nominate someone else then I can follow that up. 

I also need to know if you still wish to remain a member and receive the ALERT messages.
