Olton WMnow Update

Good evening everyone,
Here is your WMnow update for what has been going on in the Olton area since our last message and what the team has been up to.
 

Crime Update:
There was a theft of motor vehicle from Swanswell Road between the 9th and 11th of January. The offenders have stolen a Grey Toyota Yaris by unknown means while it was parked on the front driveway.

There has been a theft from motor vehicle on Grange Road that took place in the early hours of the 12th of January where unknown offenders have stolen the registration plates from a Black Ford Puma.
 

A residential address on Warwick Road has been broken into, whereby unknown offenders have gained entry to an external storage unit on the 13th of January. Unknown offenders have made off from the location.
 

There was a burglary on Westbourne Road on the 18th of January whereby a suspect has broken into the attacked address via the rear patio doors and have been disturbed by the homeowners causing them to flee prior to police arrival. Enquires are still ongoing.
 

Good News:
The team have helped make two arrests for street robbery after two offenders have been identified following a violent attack on two young men in Solihull. This was done with the assistance of our response colleagues. The offenders were locked up and have been bailed at Court following enquires.
 

An illegal electric scooter involved in anti-social driving has been seized by the team ensuring that the roads in Solihull are a little bit safer.
 

The team worked closely with the forces Drone team in tackling burglary this week using the eye in the sky to tackle offenders. This has formed part of our routine proactive patrols.
