Resident
Here’s our weekly round up from the Tyburn neighbourhood policing team. What’s been happening:
Tyburn Neighbourhood Officers have made four arrests, this is part of a continued effort to drive down major crime in the Tyburn area, Officers will as always continue to be proactive in this respect.
Tyburn Neighbourhood Officers have issued 3 community resolutions, as explained previously this is an alternative way to resolve low level crime without charging someone with a criminal offence otherwise known as an out of court disposal.
Our community pop ups for February 2026 are:
Tuesday 3rd February at 11.00-12.00hrs. Spitfire Services Wednesday 4th February at 10.00-11.00hrs. St Chad’s Church
Register your CCTV and doorbell cameras with us today to receive alerts when your footage may help us catch criminals operating in your area. NO personal information will be publicly available. It takes just 60 seconds to add your details to our secure police system and within minutes, you could be helping us solve serious crimes. You’ll just add your name, address, email and the number of cameras you control. There’s still time for you to securely register your CCTV or doorbell cameras before the new year at: CCTV Registry | West Midlands Police
Have you heard of Ask the Police? It is an official Policing resource that provides Q&A’s to a variety of the most frequently asked policing questions. It offers an alternative to online non-emergency reporting, reducing calls to the police and freeing up resources.
