2 x Burglars caught by Beat Officers

A burglary was reported to Police this morning, where the victim advised that upon arriving at work this morning, noticed that large gas canisters had been stolen from the business premises, accumulating around £1000 worth of loss. 

Beat Officers attended the location, completed CCTV enquiries and identified the two suspects due to local knowledge. Both males were identified and arrested within a couple of hours of the offence being reported to Police and are currently in custody. 

Through different enquiries recently, the officers also identified one of the offenders in this case, being responsible for stealing a females handbag recently in the Ashford area, and using her bank cards.
