Local Priorities Mobile phone theft Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Mobile phone theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

On the 17th January 2026 the victim was walking along Creighton Avenue and an unknown male riding a bicycle has snatched the victims phone from her hand and cycled off.
Please remember whilst walking not to display your mobile phone in public.
