We have managed to get in touch with the owner of the vehicle park outside your resident.  Owner hardly uses the vehicle. With regards to welfare,  the owner is safe and fine.  Vehicle is TAXED and MOT hence it is within the requirements.  Should you see if the vehicle is causing any sort of risk or obstruction - kindly contact the Ealing Parking Warden services. helpful.
