Stolen Vehicle on Thorndike Close

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers were on patrol around Thorndike Close when they were alerted by the owner of a vehicle that had been stolen and had traced it to that location. 

The vehicles number plates had been changed and the vehicle had been driven from another part of London.

Officer's took the stolen plates off for possible forensics.

If you see a vehicle that is in your area that raises your suspicions, then please call it in. Don't assume someone else must have done it. Better to have lots of reports rather than none at all.

It may well have accumulated some parking tickets as well.
