Please consider the following crime‑prevention measures: Always lock your vehicle, even when parked on your driveway or directly outside your home.Remove keys from view and keep them away from doors and windows to prevent offenders reaching them by force or using signal‑boosting devices.Use additional security where possible, such as steering wheel locks, immobilisers, wheel clamps, or tracking devices.Ensure your property is secure, including side gates, garages, and access points, especially overnight.Check that your CCTV, Ring doorbell, or security lighting is working correctly and positioned to cover your driveway or parking area.Avoid leaving valuables inside your vehicle, as this can attract attention.Report any suspicious behaviour immediately via 101 or 999 in an emergency.
