Appeal for witnesses following attempted burglary – Buckinghamshire

We are appealing for witnesses following an attempted burglary in Buckinghamshire.

At around 9.50pm on Thursday (15/1) three men have approached a property in Windsor Road, Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard.

They have kicked and banged on the door. It is believed that one of the men was carrying a weapon. The men left without gaining entry.

No one within the property was injured and nothing was taken.

The offenders are described as three white men, wearing dark clothing and puffer jackets with balaclavas on. Two of the men wore black balaclavas and one man was wearing a white one.

We are carrying out a number of enquiries including reviewing CCTV and house to house enquiries following this isolated incident.

No arrests have been made at this time, however increased patrols will continue in the area. If anyone has any concerns we would ask them to please get in touch or speak to an officer.
