Police safety alert - Driving in Fog

Whilst on patrol early this morning, officers have observed several vehicles being driven in fog without their headlights on. We'd like to remind all road users that this can be extremely dangerous.

In foggy conditions, visibility is already reduced. Driving without headlights makes it much harder for other motorists, cyclists and pedestrians to see you - increasing the risk of serious collisions.
