Proactive Patrol Leads to Surron Seizure

While out on proactive patrol, officers spotted a Talaria Surron parked outside a shop on Oldham Road, Rochdale. The rider decided not to stick around to explain why they thought it was ok to ride on a public road without the right documents or any protective gear. This has now been passed on to Operation Wolverine.
