Back yard break ins

Hello, 

We have become aware of a number of people in the Peel area having issues with an intruder entering back yards and emptying bin bag out in the back ally way. Some residents from Annie Street, William Street and Robert Street have reported this happen with them. This has been happing anythime after midnight on any given day. If anyone has any information or has experienced any other issues then please reply back to this message.
