Hi,
In December officers from the local policing team tried car door handles one evening and over a 2 hour period 120 vehicle door handles to see if any where unlocked we found 19 vehicles unlocked!
We are going to do this exercise again before the end of January in your area please don't let it be your vehicle that is left unlocked and an easy target for criminals. We will be knocking on doors if we find your vehicle unlocked to give words of advice.
Although we always like to speak to members of the public lets hope we wont have to speak to you on this occasion.
