Police safeguard women exploited by sex trade.

Your local neighbourhood team today carried an entry warrant following belief that a flat was being used for sex work. We carried this out with the assistance of the local authority and a charity that has experience of working with sex workers. They have gone to a safe location. 

Exploiting women and men for the sex trade is wrong; the suffering of those women and men can never be justified. If you have any information about brothels or the exploitation of people for the sex ‘trade’ then please do let us know. While I am sergeant of this ward, I will always take action on this.
