Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Nothing to Report Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle Between 10.45pm on Wednesday 7 and 8.55am on Thursday 8 January in Annesley Road, Hucknall, a Volkswagen Tiguan was broken into and an untidy search made. A black Radley purse containing an alcohol licence, bank cards and cash was stolen Theft At 1.54am on Monday 12 January at The Bowman, Nottingham Road, Hucknall, a sanitary vending machine was stolen from the disabled toilet by a male, approximately 6-00”, wearing a balaclava, cap and tracksuit. It is thought this was planned as he came with a large red bin bag in which the machine was placed. Robbery Nothing to Report Criminal Damage At 2.57pm on Saturday 10 January at McDonald’s Restaurant, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, wall fittings were pulled from the wall in the toilets by three white males and one black male, all aged around 15 years old. At some time on Saturday 10 or Sunday 11 January in King Edward Street, Hucknall, a drain pipe was pulled away from a wall and left hanging with a danger of falling. At 3.30pm on Monday 12 January in Rockwood Walk, Hucknall, a report of an ongoing issue with children from the Holgate Academy bashing fencing as they pass. Today one fence panel was split in two. ASB Around 10.05am on Friday 9 January on the A611 Hucknall by-pass, two approximately 11 year old males were throwing snowballs from a footbridge at vehicles passing below. One hit a van smashing the windscreen. The youngsters ran off towards Salterford Road. At 9.59am on Monday 12 January in Rockwood Walk, Hucknall a report that every afternoon around 3.30pm youngsters leaving a nearby school boot the doors of two houses as they pass by.
