TWO CHARGED FOLLOWING ROBBERY AND FRAUD IN RUGELEY

Two people have been charged with robbery and fraud offences after a man had his bank card stolen in Rugeley.

Mary Mullen, aged 41 and Callum Connolly, aged 28, both of Rugeley, appeared at Stafford Crown Court on Friday (9 January) each charged with robbery and fraud by false representation.

It comes as a man had his bank card stolen and £110 withdrawn from his account on 26 November 2025.

Mullen has been bailed with strict conditions not to enter Rugeley.

Connolly was remanded into custody.

Both are due to appear for a further hearing at same court on 26 May.
