Man arrested and charged for vehicle interference in St Albans |

Yesterday (Tuesday 13 January), your St Albans neighbourhood policing officers arrested a man on suspicion of vehicle interference at 1.40pm by St Peters Church in St Peters Street.
John Fitzgerald, 48, of no fixed address in the St Albans area, has been charged with 10 vehicle interferences and three thefts from motor vehicles linked to addresses in Flinders Close, Vincent Drive, Grasmere Road, Barncroft Way and Foxcroft between Thursday 11 December and Sunday (11 January). He was also charged with theft of tools from Wetherspoons on 11 December.
Items stolen from vehicles include keys, cash and sunglasses. He is due to appear at Hatfield Remand Court tomorrow (Thursday 15 January).
