Researching Student requires assistance

Kofi Broadhurst is a Student from Cumbria and currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Cambridge where she is researching community and identity in Cumbria. 

Cumbria is considered a particularly under-researched area of the country and Kofi is hoping to use her research to give a voice to the community and to understand how people feel about the area and the country more broadly. The project involves informal, one-to-one interviews with locals about their experiences of and thoughts about the area. The type of questions asked will include identity (race, class, national identity etc.), what it means to ‘belong’ and about general thoughts on the county and the country as a whole.
