The Mount

We are aware that a group of Street drinkers as well as a group of street drug users have taken up residence around the Mount in the evenings. This is obviously causing a lot of issues for businesses and residents.

As well as this we are aware of the problems in the communal area in Billington Mews. We have increased patrols and PC Loveday will be plodding around the Mount, The Mews and Morrisons car park for the next few weeks. We are hoping to task more officers to assist with this.

PC Loveday will be working late shifts to try and tackle this at least in the short term.
