Good Morning, We have seen a rise in attempt thefts of vehicles and theft of vehicles, especially car model: Nissan. Here are some top tips: Make sure your keys are secure at your home and away from the front door. Take them upstairs with you.Take valuables with you when you leave your car for example, Cash, Bags, Wallets, Presents. If you have a garage, use it. If you park on the driveway, close the gate and lock the gates if you can. Park with care, if possible in a busy, well-lit area. Close the windows, sunroof, lock doors and activate security alarms when leaving you car. If you have dash cam in your vehicle, can you change the settings to record even when vehicle is off?Is your CCTV at home working?If you see something that doesn't feel right or suspicious please contact our Police Control room on 101 however in emergencies please use 999 and ask for Police when prompted.
