Whilst on foot patrol this evening, PC Dave Olczak spotted the driver of this flat bed truck wheel spinning in the car park of the Malvern retail park .
The driver has been issued with a section 59 notice. This notice is recorded on the police national computer against the driver and the vehicle, so that if the driver in any vehicle or anyone in this vehicle is witnessed to be driving in an anti social manner, then police have the power to seize the vehicle. This notice lasts for 12 months from the date of it's issue. |
