Anti social behaviour / dangerous driving |

Following concerns from members of the public regarding Anti-Social Driving in and around Axminster, officers from the Axminster NPT have been joined by officers from Seaton NPT and have conducted targeted patrols in the areas that had been affected.
After a short while, the vehicle was sighted and before the officers were able to stop the vehicle, the occupants had run from the vehicle. The offenders were immediately identified and located at their home address and reported for the following offences: Driving without third party insurance Driving without a valid MOT certificate Driving otherwise in accordance with a licence The vehicle was seized under Section 165A of the Road Traffic Act and will not be released to the registered keeper until they have all the relevant documents in order to drive it on the road.
