As your local Neighbourhood Acquisitive Crime Team, we wanted to update you that between the dates of 25/12/2025 and 10/01/2026, an attempt burglary occurred at a property on Alderfern Close, Derby

Unknown offenders have attempted to gain access to the property by causing damage to the door lock but they were unsuccessful.
