Drop In Session - Tonge Moor UCAN Centre - Monday 12th Jan 2026 between 1330hrs - 1530hrs

PCSOs from Tonge & The Haulgh Team will be joining our friends and colleagues from Bolton at Home at Tonge Moor UCAN Centre, at- Tonge Moor UCAN Centre -  Monday 12th Jan 2026 between 1330hrs - 1530hrs

A Drop In session is an opportunity for residents to meet officers on a one to one basis to report or discuss any issues, concerns or pass any information that they may have.  This is not a public meeting or presentation; each visitor is free to discuss their own issues on an individual one to one basis.  While this event will be staffed and held by officers from Team Tonge, residents from all areas are welcome to visit and speak with us. Appointments are not necessary and attendees will be seen on a first come first served basis. 

Free on Street Parking is available on Tonge Moor Road and the venue is close to several bus stops on Tonge Moor Road. 

The UCAN Centre services are provided by Bolton at Home, but everyone is welcome - you don't have to be a Bolton at Home tenant.  The helpful and friendly UCAN staff provide a little bit of everything in the UCAN centres, so no matter what you are looking for or what support you need - if you think we can help, we probably can.

In most UCAN centres you'll be able to find:

A friendly welcome, a warm space and hot drink,

Help finding a job,

Free use of the internet and computers,

Access to Employment and Training courses,

Access to social activities and community groups,

Help with housing issues and benefits,

Health and wellbeing support and advice,

Help with money matters including help with benefits, debt ant money advice,

And lots more - all for free. 

Appointments are not required and you may attend at any time the centre is open.

We recognise that daytime sessions are not ideal for everyone, look out for further forthcoming sessions during the evening at Costa, Bolton Gate Retail Park later this week and further sessions will be advertised.
