Happy New Year to the residents of Billesley ! 

The travellers who left Daisy Farm Park just before Christmas returned briefly In January but have now left the area. 

Storm Goretti has caused major issues around the Billesley area, It has began to melt, but there are reports of possible fresh snow falls later, please be careful IF you need to go out It Is recommended for only essential journeys. 

Please do not leave cars running to heat up and you ned to go In the house, and do not leave items In your car. 

Keep in touch with your neighbours especially If they are elderly or alone during these conditions. 

Patrols have continued around the stores over Christmas when the foot fall was high and highlighted areas regarding burglaries and car crime was also targeted with images and intel passed. 

There will be walk through with the managers at a care home where there has been some reports of Anti-social behaviour in the area.  

There will be a PCSO surgery at 10.00 am Thursday 22nd January for any local issues – If It to report a crime or an ongoing issue, please contact 101.
