Weekly update from your Belmont Safer Neighbourhood Team

We haven't got any updates to give to local residents on Belmont ward regarding any crimes. We would usually update people on any burglaries, car thefts/ break-ins, drug offences or any other local concerns. This is obviously good news for the area, but we will let you know if this changes.

PCSO Walker has been signing up new members to Met Engage, which the Met Police are keen to get as many people as possible registered. This is a very long, slow process, but we are getting there gradually. If you know of anyone else who would like to sign up then please forward them the attached link https://www.metengage.co.uk/

PC Singer and PCSO Walker have also been out patrolling the ward, providing reassurance to local people, though we are only a small team so it is hard to cover the whole ward and be seen by everyone. We do hold local drop in surgeries where people can come to talk to us about any local concerns, these will be advertised here via Met Engage.
