Crime updates

Dear Resident,

Some crime reported over the last few days include

5th January, on Dimmingsdale Bank, twice in the evening two offenders have tried the car door handle and the front door of the property. No access was made on either occasion.

7th January, on Overdale Road, in the morning tools have been taken from the car boot of a vehicle. 

Also on 7th January in the morning, on Worlds End Lane a BMW was stolen. 

Officers have been searching when on patrol and will continue to do so. 

We have found a stolen BMW which has now been recovered however it was not the one mentioned above and related to separate incident just outside of the Quinton area. 

Please ensure you secure your vehicles and homes as best you can.

Do not leave vehicles unlocked or running to defrost whilst we have these icy, snowy conditions.
