Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Around 3.30am on Wednesday 7 January in Silk Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a shared downstairs area in a multi occupation property was entered and a quantity of medication and a TV was stolen. Burglary Other At 12.04am on Wednesday 7 January in the Hillocks, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of activity around the side gate to the Hillock Primary School and a possible break in taking place. All was secure. Theft of motor vehicle Between 7.55pm and 8.10pm on Thursday 1 January at McDonald’s Restaurant, Priestsic Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a white Suzuki Avensis 125 motorbike was stolen from outside by two males who pushed it away in the direction of ASDA. Between 9.00pm on Thursday 1 and 4.00am on Friday 2 January in Caton Close, Sutton in Ashfield, a black Direct Bikes moped, secured with a chain, was stolen from a driveway. The chain was also taken. At 10.46pm on Monday 5 January in Carsic Lane, Sutton in Ashfield, a black Peugeot 208 Active, left with the engine running while the owner went to a cash point, was stolen and driven off towards Stanton Hill. It was located and recovered from The Oval. Theft from motor vehicle Between 10.20pm on Tuesday 6 and 7.00am on Wednesday 7 January in Aspley Road, Sutton in Ashfield, the drivers side window of a black Kia Sportage GT estate car was smashed and a dash-cam was stolen. Between 6.00pm on Tuesday 6 and 9.00am on Wednesday 7 January in Langton Court, Mill Street, Sutton in Ashfield, the window of a blue Toyota Aygo x-cite 2 was smashed and a dash-cam stolen.
