Nxt Gen Awards 2026: Nominations to celebrate incredible young people now open

Nominations for our annual Nxt Gen Awards - formally known as Live Our Best Life Awards (LOBLA) - are now open, and we need you!

We want parents, guardians, youth workers, teachers, coaches, club leaders, carers, and professionals to nominate any young person who has made an exceptional contribution to their community and deserves to be celebrated. 

The full event information is within the nomination form (see link below) and we’re looking for young people aged between nine and 18 years old who live or go to school in Nottinghamshire. 

Those who are chosen to be winners and runners up will have the chance to be part of a prestigious award ceremony, held at Nottinghamshire Police and Fire Headquarters on Friday 8 May 2026. 

There are prizes for winners and runners up! 

The nomination form closes at 11.45pm on 1 February 2026 and a panel of judges will shortlist the winners and runners up in each category.
