Were you driving along the M6 close to Corley services around 10.30am on Wednesday 10 December?

There was a collision on the southbound side of the motorway just after the services (between junction 4 and 3) involving a black Ford transit van, an articulated HGV, a silver BMW and a black Vauxhall Mokka.

The van driver – a woman in her 60s – was taken to hospital but sadly, has since passed away.
