Following the work carried out by officers from our Rural Task Force, two men have been issued with Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBO) of seven years following their appearance at Beverley Magistrates Court on Monday, 29 December 2025. Lewis Sheridan, 39-years-old, of Thicketford Road in Bolton, pleaded guilty to trespass with intent to search for or to pursue hares with dogs, and being equipped for searching for hares with dogs. Joel Miller, 29-years-old, of Bryn Crescent in Rhuddlan, pleaded guilty to trespass with intent to search for or to pursue hares with dogs, being equipped for searching for hares with dogs, and failure to provide driver details when requested.
