Untaxed Vehicle Seizure - Stockbury

Good afternoon Resident,

Today whilst on patrol in the Stockbury area, a parked vehicle drew my attention due to the location of where it had been parked. After conducting a few quick checks, it was confirmed that the vehicle had not been taxed since the end of October and had no valid MOT for almost a month. As a result, the vehicle has been seized, and enforcement action will be taken by the DVLA against the registered keeper.

Removing untaxed and unroadworthy vehicles from our roads is an important part of keeping everyone safe. Vehicles without tax or MOT may not meet legal safety standards, increasing the risk of accidents and harm to other road users. Ensuring compliance helps maintain safer roads for all residents and visitors.
