Rogue Trader / Suspicious Incident

An incident occurred in the Cadoxton area on 06/01/2026 in which an elderly gentleman was approached at his address by a male offering gardening services. When this was declined the male became abusive and threatening. The victim of this incident described the culprit as a black male driving a green van. I would like to remind you to remain vigilant and also request that you contact Police should you have any information pertinent to this incident.
