Community Meeting : Fri 16 Jan 14:00

Dear Residents, 

Since posting our official invites to the ward panel meeting for this coming Saturday we are aware that they have been posted on local groups on social media, which is fine as it helps spread the word. 

However the responses have also been monitored and there are a few residents stating that 2 hours isn't long enough. 

Therefore as a response to these comments us on the Safer Neighbourhood Team have arranged for a POP IN CLINIC

The POP IN CLINIC will be held at the same location (UNIT 9, CYGNET SQUARE, the unit next the the gym) 

This POP IN CLINIC is open for those who live and work in Thamesmead East Ward to pop in at any time between our attendance times of 14:00-20:00 to discuss any issues they have with us on the team. 

The POP IN CLINIC will be held on FRIDAY 16TH JANUARY 2026.

This Clinic will be attended by us on the Safer Neighbourhood Team, along with local councillors and Peabody. 

There is also a private room within this unit that can be used for those that want to let us know of more personal issues.
