Crime Prevention Advice |
||
|
We’ve recently been contacted by residents following a couple of incidents in a block of apartments, including someone gaining access to the underground parking area and a vehicle break‑in. We’re sharing this update to raise awareness and encourage everyone to stay vigilant.
Please take a moment to check the security of your building and communal areas:
- Always ensure communal doors close and lock behind you. Don’t let anyone follow you in, and never buzz in someone you don’t know. - Report any broken lights, faulty doors, or security issues to your managing agent or landlord so they can be fixed quickly. - Keep outbuildings such as bike stores and bin areas locked, as these can attract unwanted activity. - Be mindful of your surroundings, especially in underground parking areas. - Secure your own flat by keeping windows locked when you’re out and ensuring your front door is properly secured.
Your awareness helps keep the whole community safe. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to us.
