icy weather

DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE ??????

Last night the police recived a call of anti-social behaviour where youths were skating on ice…..

  When officer attended it actually turned out to be a large very deep pond. no youths were present however it was noticed that the ice had been broken, so the fire brigade was then called and thankfully nobody had been found, this could have been much much worse. 

could we please ask that all parents and Guardians to please speak with their Children and explain the dangers of playing on the ice, and what could of happend if anyone should fall in. 

also the cost implications to the emergency  service and the safety of the public.
