Pups on Patrol or The Canine Constabulary

Dear Resident

As a local PCSO working in Harpenden & Wheathampstead in the St Albans division of Hertfordshire Constabulary I wanted to see if there was any interest in the following:

I am proposing that dog walkers could meet up with myself and the local rural officer to discuss any local issues whilst walking your dogs. Dog walkers are quite often the Polices' ‘eyes and ears’ in their neighbourhoods. This could be a great opportunity for us to get together on an informal regular basis to discuss local issues that effect us all.

If you have an opinion either way, please let me know. If you support this initiative, please let me know what time of the week would work best for you.
