Appeal for information following incident in Lowestoft

Police are appealing for witnesses following a reported incident of racially aggravated harassment in Lowestoft.

The incident occurred at around 1.25pm on Sunday 21 December at Gateway Retail Park, Tower Road, Lowestoft.

The victim – a man aged in his 20s – approached the owner of a grey Skoda Octovia that had been parked in a disabled bay, reportedly without a badge. The owner of the vehicle then shouted and swore at the victim and is reported to have used racially aggravated language to cause intentional harassment, alarm and/or distress.
