CAR KEY BURGLARY ALERT

We have been made aware of a recent incident on Saturday 3rd January 2026. Whereby two individuals were spotted in the early hours of the morning on driveways with a relay device attempting to gain access and steal keyless entry vehicles within your local area.

Attached to this email is some safety advice which will make it harder for thieves to target your vehicle.

No thefts have been reported at this stage however we are aware of footage that has been circulating on social media of the offenders attempting to steal vehicles.

In response to this issue, we will be conducting additional patrols in the area.
