UPDATE: Arson, Seaton Heights Hotel

Following the appeal for information after the incident at Seaton Heights Hotel on Wednesday 26th May 2025, two men have been arrested on suspicion of Arson with a third set to be interviewed shortly. The two males that were arrested have since been released on bail.

We would like to reiterate that the site is dangerous and the structures are unsafe to enter. The owner of the site is working closely with the Local Authority to make the site safe.

Whilst the investigation has progressed, we still welcome anyone with information about the start of the fire to come forward by contacting 101 quoting 50250303149.
